Without prejudice to the above, Solid Talent NV may have to disclose your personal data:

  • To the competent authorities (i) when Solid Talent NV is obliged to do so by law or within the framework of legal proceedings and (ii) in order to safeguard and defend our rights
  • If Solid Talent NV or substantially all of its assets are taken over by a third party, in which case your personal data will be one of the transferred assets.

The rights you have are the following:

  • Right of access no later than one month after receipt of the request: you have the right to access your data in our possession in order to verify how we use it.
  • right to rectification or correction of incorrect data: you can ask to have incorrect data corrected or incomplete data completed
  • right to object if you disagree with the way we process your personal data
  • Right to data portability: you have the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form and to transfer it to third parties.

In principle, you can exercise these rights free of charge. In order to do so, please send us a request with a copy of your identity card to prevent any unauthorised disclosure of your personal data.

If your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs associated with your request or we may refuse your request. Furthermore, you may only exercise these rights once every six months.

In any event, we shall inform you of the action taken on your request at the latest within one month.

Security

All information is stored in a secure environment. This information is not accessible to the public. Within Solid Talent NV, only those persons who are authorised to do so, have access to personal details, and only if these details are relevant to fulfil their task.

When receiving or transferring data through our website, Solid Talent nv uses the coding technologies that are recognised as common standards within the IT sector.  The necessary security measures are implemented to prevent the loss, illegal use or change of information received on our site.  In case Solid Talent nv receives or transfers critical information, such as financial information, we use a secured server.

Transfer to third countries

In principle, Solid Talent NV will not transfer your personal data to entities established outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
