Sometimes you have to stop briefly in order to move forward at full speed. A shutdown and turnaround is never something you do for fun, but it’s necessary in order to make your installations more efficient, to provide maintenance and to prevent defects. At Solid, we have acquired lots of experience of shutdowns and turnarounds over the years, and we’ll be happy to take your project in hand.
Sound preparation is half the work
A successful turnaround starts with an extremely thorough preparation. If your installations are about to be switched off, we can lose no time. During the preparatory phase we pay great attention to studies, analyses, estimates and planning so that we can subsequently follow clear plans and procedures.
During the preparatory phase, we also assemble the project team. We do so based on the particular technical characteristics of your project. During this phase we also appoint an experienced project manager who has already conducted turnarounds successfully. The project manager will be your first point of contact during the project.

During the actual works, our project managers and safety specialists keep a close eye on the schedule, budget and safety of your project. They also keep you continuously up to date. Our team ensures that the installations can be restarted as fast as possible, in complete safety.
